Parent Teacher Association

Hexham Middle School has an active Parent Teacher Association. When your child starts at the school you automatically become members of the Association. The aim of the Association is to advance the education of the students at the school and, in pursuance of this, to foster more extended relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school. The Association is run by a committee and meetings take place regularly during term time. The Annual General Meeting is in September when new Officers and Committee Members are elected.

What will this PTA do for your children?

We will continue to actively raise funds to benefit all year groups. We will ask the children and teachers

what is important to them, if your child has any views then ask them to contact their Student Council

representative or post a suggestion in the drop box outside Fellside Hall. We want to include the

children both in our efforts to raise funds and to provide items that will really make a difference to them.
